How is feedback used?
Feedback is used to monitor the quality of our operations and to develop RIKU’s services to best meet our customers’ needs. It helps us identify, for example, training needs or ways to enhance our website. On the other hand, feedback can bring a sense of accomplishment and motivation to our staff and volunteers. The feedback we receive also demonstrates the importance of our services to funders. Feedback may be used anonymously for training purposes and in service promotion.
