Can anyone attend a trial?

Trials and trial documents are generally public. In this case, third parties may be present. If the trial handles particularly personal matters, you may request that the criminal case is handled either partly or completely without an audience, i.e. Behind closed doors. At the same time, you can request that trial documents are ordered to some extent to be kept confidential. The victim’s personal data can also be made confidential. The name and verdict of the defendant are public.
