Contact Request
You can submit a contact request if you have been a victim of a crime, are a close relative of a crime victim, or are a witness in a criminal case. Instructions for contacting the police and other partners are available further down on this page.
The fastest way to reach us is by calling the Victim Support Finland helpline at 116 006. Addresses and phone numbers of our service locations can be found on our contact details page.
If you submit a contact request, we will reach out to you as soon as possible, within five working days, and contact is usually made on weekdays during office hours. Please note that our call may come from a hidden phone number. By submitting the contact request, you agree that it will be forwarded to the nearest service location either by phone or email.

There is currently a backlog at the Metropolitan service point.
In some Android phones, calls from RIKU counselors may incorrectly appear as “spam” or “suspicious call”. This is a false automatic alert generated by the phone and does not mean the call is actually harassment.
If you are expecting a call from us, it’s best to answer and check whether the caller is from RIKU. After the first call, you can save RIKU’s number to your contacts to prevent this incorrect alert from appearing in the future.
