What does the service cost?

All our services are free of charge, excluding telephone charges. Calling a service point costs the price of a normal phone call. In order to avoid costs, you can always ask us to call you back.

It is possible to call to RIKU’s national Helplines from most of the Finnish prepaid telephone cards even if there is no credit left on the card.

Calling from abroad

If you are contacting Victim Support Finland from abroad, we recommend that you use the contact request or call to the nearest service point or send us an email. If you are able to use Finnish language, you can also use our RIKUchat – online service.
